Membership to GoodStay.com :

By paying the fee to ImageWare Technologies Pty Ltd for  GoodStay.com membership you agree to the following conditions :
Membership fee : Membership fee is currently Aus $100 in Australia and USD 70.00 elsewhere in the world. Payment of the membership fee entitles hospitality business to twelve months use of the GoodStay.com identity, reservations and buying group facilities. Membership can only be obtained on behalf of the hospitality business by the owner or manager of that business.

Promotions : Where a member hospitality organisation elects to participate in guest promotions and discount offers, the member organisation will honour the offer to bona fide customers who meet the offer conditions. GoodStay.com provides a promotion and introduction service for prospective hospitality customers. Goodstay.com supplies no goods or services to the prospective  customers. It is the responsibility of participating hospitality organisations to validate offer participation by customers and supply appropriate products or services.

Terms of supply to members : Where a product or service cannot be supplied for any reason, the extent of liability to GoodStay.com shall be a credit refund. The refund amount being the proportion that was not supplied of the member paid amount.  Warranty repairs are return to GoodStay.com offices at the member's expense.
