Conditions of 'Last Night Free' promotion to guests :
Offer : The 'Last Night Free' offer provides a credit to the last night accommodation component of a guests account where the guest stay is three consecutive days or more. The value is equal to the quoted nightly tariff where the guest has requested the  'Last Night Free' offer discount and the room rate is accepted at the full rack rate without discount. Bookings requested with the  'Last Night Free' promotion must be made on the initial booking day or 30 days prior to the arrival day whichever the greater. 'Last Night Free' promotion is available once per guest party or guest party individual for any 180 day period.

Participant organisation obligation : Hospitality organisations participating in the promotion agree to honour all bona fide promotion requests where there is room availability for the stay period. To discontinue participation in the 'Last Night Free' promotion, organisations must notify GoodStay in wrining with fourteen days notice. Once an organisation accepts a 'Last Night Free' guest booking, the organisation agrees to honour the offer commitment at the guest stay date. The agreement for the 'Last Night Free' discount to guest ismade  between the hospitality organisation as supplier and guest as purchaser. ImageWare Technologies Pty Ltd makes no warranties or guarantees of supply other than acting as an advertiser for the hospitality organisation as the accommodation supplier.

Payments : ImageWare Technologies has no interest in, and is not a party to guest payments and hospitality organisations collection of guest debt. Where acceptance of a 'Last Night Free' promotion has occurred for a guest's stay, the hospitality organisation will suitably credit credit the last night of stay to the guest account.
